This policy covers this website, incursus.co.uk. It explains what we do with the information you share when you fill in a form here or browse the site. Incursus is run by Finlay Barkel, who is responsible for your information.
The Incursus app is separate and has its own policy, because it handles a different kind of information: the survey data and client details inside your reports. If you are a consultant using Incursus, read that one too.
1. What information we collect
When you fill out a form, we may collect your name, email, practice name, and anything else you write.
When you visit our site, we count basic visit stats, like which pages are viewed. These do not identify you.
2. How we use your information
We use your information for these reasons, and the law lets us because:
• To reply to your questions. You asked us to, and replying is in our legitimate interest.
• To set you up with a beta place, if you ask for one. This is a step toward an agreement you asked for.
• To send you new guides, only if you tick the box. This is your consent, and you can take it back at any time.
• To improve the site using visit stats. This is in our legitimate interest.
3. Who else handles it
We never sell your information.
Two services handle it for us. Framer hosts this site and its forms. Google Workspace runs our email.
Both may store data outside the UK, including in the US. They protect it with safeguards approved for UK data, such as standard contract terms.
4. How long we keep it
If you get in touch but do not become a user, we delete your details 12 months after we last hear from you.
If you sign up for guides, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.
If you become a user, the app privacy policy takes over.
5. Your rights
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime by clicking the link in the email or by contacting us.
You can ask to see, fix or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to help first.
